Cancellation policy
When you subscribe to Superwild, you're signing up for regular deliveries of your chosen product so your dog never misses a scoop. Here's how it all works.
How Subscriptions Work
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select at checkout (e.g. every 30, 60, or 90 days). Your payment details are stored securely and you'll be charged automatically ahead of each delivery.
All subscriptions auto-renew until you choose to cancel. You're never locked in — you can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time.
Managing Your Subscription
From your account, you can:
- Skip an upcoming delivery
- Change your delivery frequency
- Update your payment method or shipping address
- Pause your subscription
- Cancel your subscription
You can access your subscription management portal via the link in any of your order confirmation emails, or by logging into your account at superwildpets.com.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time — no minimum commitment, no cancellation fees. Once cancelled, you won't be charged again. Any deliveries already processed or dispatched before cancellation are not affected and remain subject to our returns policy.
Payment & Security
All payment information is processed and stored securely through our payment provider. Superwild does not have direct access to your full card details at any time. You'll receive an email notification before each renewal charge so there are no surprises.
Price Changes
If the price of your subscription product changes, we'll notify you by email in advance of your next renewal. You'll have the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.
Pre-Orders
From time to time, we may offer products for pre-order. When you purchase a pre-order item, you're securing an upcoming product that is not yet in stock. A partial deposit or no payment may be taken at checkout, with the remaining balance charged when your order is fulfilled and dispatched. You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been dispatched for a full refund.
